What we do

We describe funding products available to UK businesses, in plain English, with facts taken from each lender's public website on the "checked on" date shown. We link you to the lender. Everything after that click, including any application, happens between you and the lender on their site.

What we do not do

• We do not take applications, collect your details or pass leads to lenders.
• We do not assess your eligibility or your affordability.
• We do not recommend one product over another for your situation.
• We do not quote you rates. The lender's representative example is the number that counts.

Borrowing carries real risk

Many business loans require a personal guarantee, which puts your personal assets on the line if the business cannot pay. Read our personal guarantees guide, read every agreement before signing, and if you are unsure speak to an accountant or an FCA-authorised finance broker. You can check any firm's status on the FCA register.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep figures current and every page carries a checked-on date, but lenders change terms without notice and we cannot guarantee any figure is still correct when you read it. The lender's own site is always the final word. Spotted an error? hello@fundspeed.co.uk.
